How It Works

First, send us your details via the questionnaire. We’ll then draft a double-sided design for you using your existing brand assets.

We’ll then arrange a time for you to join us on a one-hour Skype call. Your designer will share their screen with you so you can see changes being made in real time, give feedback, request specific changes and discuss the best layout for your needs.

Using your existing design assets we’ll create a design that speaks with your brand’s voice and blends seamlessly into your entire customer experience.

Finally, we’ll make sure your design is print-ready (so you don’t have to worry about the technical stuff) and we’ll have your cards printed and delivered to your door at no extra charge.

Variants and Reorders

Once your initial design is in place, any changes to details on the card are FREE.

So for example, if you need to order a new set of cards because you’ve changed your phone number, your surname, your email address or any other details, we’ll make those changes to your card design without any extra charge. As long as the fundamental layout stays the same, you just pay for each set of cards you order.

This also applies if you’re ordering multiple sets of cards at once. If you need to order several variants of the same design (for example, if you have a number of employees who each need their own set of cards) you only pay once for the initial design and layout. After that, whether you’re ordering three sets or three hundred, you only pay for the cards you order. As long as the underlying design remains the same, there’s no extra charge for design work.
